We inform you that by administration decision following the enormous loss that Seromni Group recently suffered with the death of Engº. Luís Pinto was decided:
a) Co-opt the members of the administration between the companies Omnitécnica, Omniprojectos and Seromni, until the end of the 2019/2021 triennium, with the board of directors being constituted by the following elements:
Dr. Luís Filipe Gaspar (Chairman)
Eng. Dharmsi Murargi Chaturbhuj (vowel)
Dr. Pedro Bernardo (vowel)
c) These changes have already been ratified at recent general meetings of the aforementioned companies.
d) The attorney functions for the company Omniprojectos were assigned to Eng.º Joaquim Mota, now also responsible for coordinating and supervising the technical and budgetary execution of the projects, as well as the company's human resources.
